or fill out our online form. Share details about the issue and, if possible, upload a few photos to help us understand the job.
2. Book and Assess
Confirm your booking with payment details. For complex tasks, we’ll send a specialist for a detailed quote. For simpler jobs, we’ll schedule a time for our tradesman to visit and complete the work.
3. Complete and Pay
Our tradesman arrives, shows ID, and gets to work. After finishing, you’ll receive a job ticket with a cost breakdown to sign. Payment is made by card or cheque, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Let us handle the work.
If the work isn’t up to standard, contact us, and we’ll fix it at no extra charge. We charge based on the time used, with a minimum of half an hour for handymen and one hour for plumbers and electricians.
